Construction financing

I'm looking for some construction financing for rental flats and would appreciate feedback on the best bank/financier to go with in terms of tenor,% financed,interest etc. Have talked to HF - 15% interest,70% financing,12 year tenor,and I'm wondering if any other bank has a better deal.

Check out Savings and Loan,their financing deal may be better.
