I have done some extensive research, and have zeroed in in this two breeds a Rotweiler and a Dobberman. There both 4 week old puppies and want to acquire one. Is there any-one who knows more bout this kind of breeds,pros, cons!!! must say am leaning heavily towards the Rotweiler.

@Djinn, the Rotweiler is quite aggressive, true, and may not be ideal for the family set-up...on this i think Doberman is better. Rotweilers are said to "turn against the owner" later in life...very kali dogs!but great for security.

@Ric dees, I would recommend a cross-breed between GSD and Rotweiler.....good dog!I wouldn't know your budget, but I remember BM security (off Ngong' Road) have a wide selection of dogs...
