@ vinii,

going by the recent population census it emerged that kenya has about 12m sexually active males...assuming that each of these males use the condoms during this festive season, it means that each person will be entitled to 4 condoms only...the 41m condoms will not be enough!!!!
...besides, the presence of a safe alone does not signify that there is money inside...

these free condoms come in one size - any deviations from the mean can be best handled by the pharmacist. .....
