During the referendum campaigns, these concerns were brushed aside. Now I see someone having to go to court to prevent MPs from taking the interpretation which lengthens their stay at the house.

Ngunyi's column often took a very wise angle of considering the worst case scenario. Chances are that this is what will happen if ODM or PNU bigwigs election plans are scuttled by unforseen events(Hague, suspensions etc)

It doesnt matter when the next erection will be held, all I know is that MK will run again and the new constifusion allows that.
