I have been in contact with my credit card provider... another card has been prepared and will be with me on monday. I was told that fraud is not as a result of a skimmed card but my info was stolen from a company which i had transacted with and the issue is whether their website was hacked or they misused the info. The person who did that was due to travel yesterday and the concerned were still looking for him...am yet to get details of that.
Lakini siwezi ishi bila credit card...if it were a debit card it would have been a confirmed loss. If you dispute a transaction which did not require a pin to go through then you do not get charged if you can prove it was fraud.
