I have been trying to immobilise shares for a client of mine, I am an agent, and it has taken over 3 months.

From the headache I am going through I tend to believe that the share registrars are fighting the electronic platform.

The client is fortunately in the country and he is able to make visits to the multiple registrars to confirm signatures, give new photos, have them confirm the number of teeth in his month and many other such issues, but what about if he was in the diaspora or bedridden?
