I wrote something like this about Ruto earlier and it was deleted. Let us see how long this survives.

Opinions on major political questions are usually answered in black and white and not in complicated nuances. The fight between Reformers and Status-quo, has been going on for almost since each one of us was alive. The reformers started as a minority and have increasingly grown into a majority and they seem to be on the verge of taking over the country despite many setbacks including stolen elections. Right now the political landscapes that are easily identifiable to people are the status-quo/impunity crowd and the reformers/change group.

me thinks the story in the nation abt Ruto was meant to show him as a very nice chap,local journalist are known to be corrupt, therefore hiyo story was biased. They were keen to highlight some nice but trivial side of the guy while downplaying elephant negative issues like Y2k 92,PEV, maize etc. Journalalist lazima wamekula kitu.
