The unit is by Garmin..the world wide leaders in satellite navigation. Works perfectly

I've used that Garmin Nuvi satnav .....
Even just for the bluetooth connectivity, it is outstanding.... Audible and clear.

These japanese cars come with factory built GPS systems that can only be updated by the manufacturers themselves via dvd. And i guess the manufacturers dont consider Kenya as such a key new car market that they need to pre-load kenyan maps into these cars. Even CMC Motors are selling the new Range Rover 2010 together with a portable sat nav system despite the fact that the car has an in-built sat nav system for the same reason
