How far is it from Thika Road? Is it serviced (i.e. utilities)?

Too expensive! One would be better off buying a quarter acre [100 * 100!!!] at Kahawa Sukari at roughly the same price! Better neighbourhood than Clay City.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
