@Olu, yes the rates are not standard all year round. Kindly give me the following info to enable me advise you accordingly:-
a)dates/month of travel
b)Cottage size( 1,2,3 etc bedrooms)
c) No. of people
d) do u need services of a Chef
e) do u need with or without swimming pool

@Olu,i've got a 3 bedroom cottage available from the 20th Dec @ ksh18k per day.
(Please note that the prices vary with different owners). This means the 18k is not standard for all 3 bedroom cottages. you may even get it @ 10k but the cheap ones are booked already.
