Kenyatta Hospital Mortury was the source. When you collect your kins body at the mortuary and he has no genitalia, what do you do? Scream, sue the mortuary, refuse to bury the body unless another body with genitalia is provided, take the body but not let others know the shame? Men, where are we going?
Of major interest for me is what, where, who, etc benefits from the items, who uses them and for what purpose. Are they removed before the body cools off or when it is dead cold.
But with police chiefs who say, "We are investigating the case by asking mobile phone providers to give us a list of those who had called or sent sms to Mwaura...", we will never go very far. You don't tell the culprits what you are doing. We surely have stupid officers for security forces.
