Stupid, foolish, What kind of work is this? I don't know how a qualified person can produce such rubbish...

In the day to day pursuit of excellence, do you encounter such words or a variation of the same, at your place of work?

Eh!....I would not work at such a place.
Those are such insensitive words,if someone is truly "stupid,foolish".....sack them!No need for insults.
Formally employed people often live their employers' dream & forget about their own.

Well, some of those that call others stupid are not always the sharpest tools in the shed. Professional courtesy is part and parcel of being a wise leader.
