Ideas? Kitengela Plot?

Good Pple,
I have this 3/4 acre plot in Kite and wondering how i can make money from this land without needing to inject capital.
Borehole - There is a borehole nearby which i can easily pull water from
Elec - No elec
Security - I do not believe this to be an issue as the area is very sparsely populated
I thought about farming and fishing?
Any ideas on what crops do well in this area?
