Public Holidays - clarification pls

Good people, i need your help to clarify this.... must have been heavy eyed yesterday at 9pm coz i didnt hear it....

Some guys are saying Kibs said today afternoon we are free. others say even Thursday? who knows for sure which days have been declared public holiday bure i get a warning letter on Friday for absconding from duty...

kibz said that those civil servants who stay far from the voting areas should be allowed to travel on tuesday afternoon.......wednesday is def a holiday and again kibs said baada ya kupiga kura ya maoni twende tujienjoy...but he dint say that 5th will be a holiday...but how i wish it will be!

Holiday seasons comes too early this time round.Baks should just declare carnival mood from Wednesday to Friday.No need to work on Friday when katiba isha pita..

How I also wish Thursday is a holiday.....It will enable those wishing to travel upcountry to vote.... but may not be able to come back to work on the same day ....
