For those who may not have the background information about the Video; Shakira is actually claiming to be the Composer of the song "Waka Waka". She does not even claim inspiration or give a hint that anything close to what she sang ever existed before it suddenly flashed up in her mind from nowhere on her farm in Uruguay.

Shaaaame!!!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately, going by the number of hits on that song most of the world will believe her and will forever associate the song with her. I have never been a fan of lawsuits but I make the exception here and hope Zangalewa and even the country of Cameroon can sue her for this. Zangalewa struck a deal with Sony when the song was released but I don't think this deal should allow Shakira to lie in public about the song.
