Poor Customer Serice at Dyer and Blair

Customer Service at Dyer and Blair is pathetic! It does not make sense when there are one too many counters and only about three are operating. Who came up with this idea? Why not have two or three counters and train the staff to be a little bit more efficient. My personal opinion is that they think people have nothing else to do other than be in their crowded rooms…. And then, there is the IDIOT of a security guy at the door. This dude closes the door come closing time and walks away to chat about God knows what while customers have to keep banging the door to remind him he had a job to do. What would happen if there was an emergency? Seriously!!!!! This company’s customer service is pathetic and it’s competition if any, needs to take note of this. By the way, keep a watchful eye on what you ask them to do. It takes them too long to fulfill simple tasks and when finally done, it’s just not right. As for most of the people working behind the counters, cheer up for heaven's sake! If not for anything else, just for the simple fact that you have a job! At least for now.

@Y ......u r right, i think the staff are not properly motivated coz there are too many complaints coming up these days...dnt knw what management strategy is???

I visited the Ugandan office-they try BUT u can see that the Head Office holds them back alot......

@merchant...what procedure did you use to move...did they give you the share transfer forms

I have a portfolio stuck in there and I dont want to sell and keep chasing my cheque forever.

@ sheep....I filled in a form 4a form to move then returned it to them. I also included a brief letter explaining my reasons for moving away. The process took about 3 weeks with D&B frustrating every move but I was stern and eventually managed to be free!!!

after being frustrated like HELL to get my 50K cheque...YAANI THOSE GUYS DECIDE WHEN YOU ENJOY YOUR CAPITAL GAINS.i had no option but to sign those transfer forms...for me they did it in a week ofcourse i had to tell them i'm leaking Kenya the following week...i'm now at CFC and happy...D&B are just PATHETIIIICCC...
