Customer Service at Dyer and Blair is pathetic! It does not make sense when there are one too many counters and only about three are operating. Who came up with this idea? Why not have two or three counters and train the staff to be a little bit more efficient. My personal opinion is that they think people have nothing else to do other than be in their crowded rooms…. And then, there is the IDIOT of a security guy at the door. This dude closes the door come closing time and walks away to chat about God knows what while customers have to keep banging the door to remind him he had a job to do. What would happen if there was an emergency? Seriously!!!!! This company’s customer service is pathetic and it’s competition if any, needs to take note of this. By the way, keep a watchful eye on what you ask them to do. It takes them too long to fulfill simple tasks and when finally done, it’s just not right. As for most of the people working behind the counters, cheer up for heaven's sake! If not for anything else, just for the simple fact that you have a job! At least for now.
