He must FIRST change the KACC organisational edifice, its work ethic, values & insulate it from outside interference BEFORE it can embark on its huge task of ridding the country of corruption...otherwise he's just going to continue sipping from the poisoned chalice that KACC is like his predecessors...

Difficult to ignore this comment. Current acting director had too much to proove, so he did more than Ringera in such a short time.
