Can I sell my Sasini portfolio?

Wazuans give some advice. I got into Sasini at an average of 6.35, solid half at 14.50 and retained half if we up. It seems we have stuck right there! Can I liquidate the remaining half or is there a chance of going up? As an investor I behave like a tick, patiently waiting on grass and larch onto the first cow that shows up. As an investor I dont behave like a tick...I jump off the the cow as soon as am fully engorged before it dies...

@mBialoss i dont think you should sell especially since you bought at such a low level... tea and coffee prices have been rising throughout their financial year amidst rising production and a weaker shilling... these guys look set to unveil killer results this year Mark 12:29 Deuteronomy 4:16

I think you should definitely sell. But again it depends on your reasons for why you were buying in the first place. Did you have a target? Anyway I think you've been generously compensated by this counter and you should pull out before it does a KQ on you. BBI will solve it :)

He bought @6.35 and sold some @14.50. Right now it's trading @13.70. He's made over 100% profit and because I believe his intentions for buying were purely profit making and not a seat in the board (after all no one gets a seat in the board unless Merali invites you temporarily). BBI will solve it :)

The bottom line here is that dnt sell. As a matter of fact add more. Dnt be waivered by normal price flactuations. But look to end year when this price 'll double. As for me i am adding more. Your future depends on your dreams so go to sleep !

well i bought not to get a seat on the board but to make a profit. As much as I can. The half I sold returned my investment and some profit already. But I just dont want to look like a fool by selling now and the price goes to 20 or so. Alternatively I will be even a bigger fool if I dont sell and the price dunks to say 7. That is why I need advice since I dont know much about these shares. I buy by instinct hoping to make a profit. So anybody knows when they will release the end of year results? As an investor I behave like a tick, patiently waiting on grass and larch onto the first cow that shows up. sell and jump into another bus. Too many buses at the bus stop now. The anticipated price rally may not come to pass if safcon, centum, kq et al are anything to go by

@mbialoss trust your instincts. If they tell you sell, then you SELL. Never argue with yourself coz you can't afford to be indecisive. You have made a tidy profit and remember its good to tame greed as it leads to losses. All the best Life is short. Live passionately.

When buying shares, have a percentage gain target in mind. Don't just buy haphazardly. When your target is reached, you sell. Until then hold steady. Did you have a target? GOD BLESS YOUR LIFE

@ ambia. Seriously are u talkin about sasini or some stock listd at the nyse - newyork exchange. Who ever is telling you to sell ignore. This stock is groosly undervalued. And as selling targets go you better set it high coz their three digit profit is no mean feat. And someone said that a stock price always follows good performance. And Sasini is no exception. So DNT sell. Your future depends on your dreams so go to sleep !

sasini/kakuzi/williamson tea...hmmm. Sasini has an RSI of close to 30 so it may still be a good and very affordable buy. But question is, have you found a better deal in the market? Most stocks seem like a good deal now and that includes sasini so the reason for disposing your holding eludes me....

I have one thing against Sasini... MERALI... BTW, apparently Sasini has plenty of cash now KES765mn in the bank tho there is a Corporate Bond outstanding... Greedy when others are fearful. Very fearful when others are greedy - to paraphrase Warren Buffett

@qw...your hype is just out of this world. For a start Sasini in early May announced half year results where EPS from operations rose from .35cents to 1.05,triple the previous year and paid an interim .20 cents dividend.I dont remember any price action then.So lets wait and see whether your crystal is not fractured. That said i rode sasini from 6bob and actualised my whole profits at 15.I have been buying WTK,where should the second half mirror sasini's,first half i hope for a good dividend pay out and any price action will be the icing.EPS at half year from operations was 12 bob.
