The ad on DN Thursday read:
Home sweet loan as low as 10.9%
Fixed interest rate for the full repayment period (of up to 20 years)
Any one with more information on this 'limited time offer'
I plan to visit a SCB branch on Monday to find out more but would like opinions.

the 10.9% is for Premium bankers, who earn more than 300,000 KES NET.
The rate for the rest of the people is 12.9% - this applies for mortgages. Its fixed interest.
