I want to sink a borehole somewhere near Nyahururu town - does anyone have any experience they can share, i.e.who are the main suppliers, how much does it cost per feet/metre, are NEMA reports required etc.
Any infor would be welcome.

@Digitali,
How much does your borehole yield and has is it been consistent?

@injere,
A road well travelled
.How is progress on the new Nyahururu Olkalou road?
Around this area,you should hit water at between 120M and 150M.Good luck!

@Njunge ....txs...haven't been there lately but anything other than what we've had before is welcome....let me start "welling" now. I hope to strike water at less than 100M...being a little optimistic i guess!

@Injere,
Got a couple of questions for you, kindly. Did you sink the borehole? Which contractor [ incl. contacts] did you use and what was the cost?
Finally, what was the depth and yield.
Thanx.
