Dyer and blair are extremely good when it comes to dealing with their customers and execution of their orders. You get a feel they are taking you seriously when they talk to you. I have been dealing with them for a long time and I have no complains. I just wish they could sort out their online order system sooner rather than later. It was very convenient.
I have an alternate broker (no names for now) and their employees don't seem to care. I was asking one of their employees why they didn't get me equity shares when there were trades
below my stated buy price on some of the days and he just stared at me! No explanation, being reffered to another person, nothing! He had the "Let's just stare at each other and after you are bored you can walk away" attitude. I was so pissed I had no words for him...
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
