Any body who has CiC shares? They have consistently posted good results over the past three years.

They had a private listing a few years ago and the shares are a bit scarse.

Any one who has perused through their financials?

They have been trading in the range of 28-32. After announcement of results I managed to get 500 at 33 and a further at 35. The true price could be in the range of 35.

The results were posted in the dailies; eps grew from 8.5 to 11, sounds a powerful stock to me. Currently trading at a p/e of 3!!

As you correctly pointed out,getting the shares on the OTC is very difficult and of course the process of signing the forms even for 500 shares.

I think its true value will only be unlocked once the list on the NSE.
