Being a world cup year expect people to spend more time in the bar hence more alcohol and cigarette sales. BAT in kenya grows and semi-manufacturers tobacco for a number of other african BATs. The world cup being in Africa this time... Besides i expect the company to trade at a PE of 15 by june.

What justifies such a high P/E Ratio?

I do like the growth potential... not coz of the smokers in the bars but the overall potential since Nairobi is the manufacturing hub for BAT...
