Hi Wazurians. could you please advise me on whether it is prudent to take a sacco loan and participate in the impending kplc rights issue. kplc is my favourite long term counter and i cant imagine missing out on the rights.
And has anybody the information or rumours on the rights or the pricing?
will highly appreciate your advice.

BTW, until KPLC announces the Rights... you are jumping the gun...

For a Rights Issue, KPLC has to announce, then issue a Memorandum, then have 3 weeks from that date...
