Rank: Elder Joined: 9/15/2006 Posts: 3,906		Seen this doing the rounds. Lavington Green Barclays bank ATM COMPROMISED, if you've used it in the last 2 weeks or so check your BANK ACCOUNTS ASAP - about 7 hours ago Is this a hoax? Does an ATM even store customer information!

Rank: Veteran Joined: 6/8/2007 Posts: 675		Maybe what they mean is that the ATM may have had some hardware installed that collects your card info, and the collectors go and do transactions with your card... I wonder though.. Form is temporary, class is permanent

Unless @anasazi said there was a foreign device installed inside ATM which is highly improbable - an ATM is a safe.
