Kenchic selling land in Mololongo - Sabaki area

A friend mentioned last year that Kenchic were planning to relocate their hatcheries from Mlolongo to Naivasha and sell the land in Mlolongo. This was to happen to Q3 2009 but has not as yet. Wazuans, anyone with info? This is prime land going for 1.2m for 0.25 acre
