Wazuans whats your take on at 60x40 plot in Utawala along the by pass at 280,000...Is it a bad deal?

also i beg to ask, a 50x100 plot in (the land behind London Distillers & Tuff Foam next to NSSF land)which is also along the by pass and going for 200,000/- is it a good offer?

I don't think its a bad idea.Kamaa can you hook me up with one near the NSSF ie the 50 by 100 one.Email me details njorosn@yahoo.com.This one is a very good offer as compared to the one for utawala.Pray

On the same note.... who knows the credibility of Guton enterprises Kenya Ltd ....they are selling 40x60 plots in Utawala at 180,000/= are they genuine or is it a con? ....has anyone here dealt with them?

pls note i am not a seller/broker of the said plots but a potential buyer... I will not hesitate to buy a plot from that sacco once i confirm the genuineness of the whole process lest i get preyed...
