Wazua is new and fresh but is completed than SK...The topic is Housing Finance...i'm planning to pump 100k into this counter in two weeks time and at least hold for a year...i'm mainly pinpoint my decision on the strong financial results the company has released thus far, new products and the ever growing housing sector...Am i out to strike gold or copper, whats ur take on this one wazuarians?

I dont mean to be pessimistic but stocks at the moment are not performing well. Tiz not suicidal though gains may not be very promising taking into account the current bearish market. In essence people dont have much confidence in the market,to when is anyone's guess.
