What would be the best investment to carry out in Bomet town if one has a plot(prime)...

Experience is a very expensive school,but fools insist on attending

you could begin by selling it off before 2012,otherwise you will be dispossesed..but if you come from the right community in the area,then build commercial flats/shops/pubs

@ Mafia ...no investor with proper mindset can put up any investment in that area unless he is a Kalenjin for that matter .PEV 2007 taught a lot of lessons.

In Mogadishu,you can establish speed boat manufacturing plant. These are highly required by the pirates who do not want any goernment in place lest they face rule of law and order plus taxation.

There's no hurry in Kenya!

put up a complex and invite one of the supermarket chains eg stagematt to rent..of course you must insure(poilsure)...2012 is a smokescreen....as someone here says be greedy when others are fearful..@mandal...we are yet see any closure of investments by asians in ksm or kericho...

From this change good will come

i think we must demistify ourselves from that notion not only for us to grow as individuals,families,communities but also as a nation... dont get me wrong am nt sayin we should forget the past,yes it teaches us leasons..and indeed tht was a painful one....BUT...we need to forget tht n move on...the people on the ground have done so n we need to do the same....

Do you think you can go by Article 56 (3) Freedom of Movement and Residence ..... ?

If you are not a Kalenjin and not mad ... forget that!

@ Waria

Whites,and to some extent Asians,are gods to most of us and they cannot be our enemies.

Our enemies are our black African (Kenyan) neighbours. HOW STUPID!!!

@mafia,
Ati ...we need to forget that and move on....
Are you serious? Other than time passing,what else has changed to make us 'forget and move on'? As things stand Bomet is the last place I'd want to find myself in 2012 followed by baghdad and mogadishu.

@kyt

Given that some Mps are saying those IDPS who were given alternative land were hawkers,

People in mathare fight and burn houses,because a thief who was lynched was of a particular tribe.

Kibaki visited nyanza only once since he became the president.

Raila visited central only twice and only to attend to funerals.

Kibakis visit to riftvalley was to console the molo fire victims.

Tribal Hate is still in us.read any thread in this forum which has Raila or Kibaki and see for ur self .
