Despite the internet going down and services not possible,zain still cannot inform us customers of what to expect and how soon.
Its quite a blow to having paid for a full month unlimited to be off for 5days now,customer service help is nil.
anyone suffering - should we expect a refund?

Same issue here.
For the last 10 days,the speeds have been worse than the good old days of dial-up!
I called their customer care yesterday and was told they've had problems since 24.09!
Right!

It is Saturday,the service guys have gone home,and you could be helped Monday about your modem problem - thats customer care.

I haven't accessed zain internet since yesterday at around 3pm despite paying for 30days. The only thing i'm receiving are spam me2u sms's,around 3sms's per hour. I don't why anyone would invest billions but cannot rectify technical problems within the shortest time possible. I wonder what happens to customers who had subscribed to unlimited 1day internet
