Starting a cookie shop(Bakery)

Who has ideas on how much it can cost to start a cookies bakery in town? What are the required equipments and how are the returns?

Your question is too general ... you can look at it from two angles
1. How much do you have/want to spend?
2. What type of cookie shop do you want to start?

you can look around and see how some of the bakery/cookie shops in town operate ... there was (don't know whether its still there) one selling cookies around ambassador bus stage where they just baked all sorts of cakes without packaging ...
