I have a potential client for dried chrysanthemum petals (just the petals, not the whole flower). Was wondering if anyone knows of a source. Do I need to go through PBK?

It is for a high value extract for pharmaceutical applications. The extraction has to be carried out under controlled and sterile conditions so they are not interested in doing the separation of the seeds from the rest of the flower at their location.

The pyrthrins, used in preparing Doom et al,are found in the seed cases and yes,the yield per acre may be low but as could be a revenue stream from a non-crucial component in the making of standardized pyrthrin powders or extracts.
