• Any threats and actually attacks?..................
• Land sound so cheap there,why?.....................
• How much should an acre cost at Murera off Kenyatta Rd?..............................
Thanks all for your concern and God bless.

@Water x 2.................................................
An uncle has been telling us that the land at Giathieko was bought by people from an area called by the same name in Kiambu. However,these people were conned and went to coat. They lost the case and to ensure no one ever moves on the land,they usually wait for anyone who attempts to build on the site. They then mobilise themselves and attack at night. Some people have been killed in the process and no one dares buy land there unless you are a stranger but when they visit you at night,you perish.

Yes,quite possible.
The land belonging to Giathieko along the Eastern bypass at ruia is vacant even as we speak.
I think there are serious issues there.

@Kamaa.............
• Those selling are doing so at a throw away price
• Our strategy is to buy twenty acres and take a loan from a bank using the land as collateral.
• Also note that,if we manage to pay back the loan,the Giathieko group might have given up or sold the land eventually. People do tire of persistent non ending issues.
• On the other hand,if two hundred people buy and build,we become a crowed who can fight back.
• Who has prices of land in Murera?

@All
• Someone is offering to sell us an acre at Murera,3km from Thika road. Is 700k a fair deal.
• An acre at the new Wilson Airport site is going for 350k but you can only buy five acres minimum. Is that a deal or we are being reaped right,left and centre?.

The land u say is near the proposed airport@ 350k is too expensive.

U should buy @ about 200k per acre.

Pretty,

Why would you risk buying land that has disputes? Land is such an emotive issue,people would not think twice to kill just over it. And BTW even banks conduct search on the prospective collateral before accepting it.

Happy hunting
