SKerians please advise. Anybody who knows when we get paid our cash dues from Nyaga. Got 130K cash still held within Nyaga stock brokers(under recvship) . I Transfered other shares to another stbrker. read in the press that I may be entitled to a refund of only 50k according to CMA rules (I know in depst protection board of CBK max. is 100k for banks that go under). Does anybody know about these rules and maybe when Nyaga victims get their dues.
