I saw this machine yesterday on TV and I think its a great invention.A machine that will remove water from air, condense it,filter it then avail it for drinking...!!!But the price I think will beat the intended purpose. At 1500 USD before duty;its prohibitive.

The initial cost is not an issue. It is the recurrent costs we should be worried about. How much electricity will be needed to convert air to water? Forgive me but the guy I saw on TV selling the idea looked like a crook selling hot air.

This is similar to touching your left ear with your right hand, but taking your arm around the back of your head instead of round the front...!!!!

Why would one be bothered about condensing steam from the air while they can simply collect rain water in a dam and store it for use during the dry season? Many homes in my shags still have enough water to take then to April next year ...even if the October rains fail!!! And they are feeding their cows from the same tanks...

Trust Americans to come with expensive & sophisticated solutions to simple problems!

Nothing is real unless it can be named; nothing has value unless it can be sold; money is worthless unless you spend it.

the machine was at the exhibition at the just ended agoa conference. I think effectiveness will depend very much on humidity, otherwise will be very expensive to run in dry areas

The americans spent a lot of cash and time trying to invent a ball pen that would work in a vacuum. Normal biros will use the principal of gravity to write.

The russians just opted for a pencil
