I have an option of leasing an office space at 253,000 per month with an option of buying the office space for 43,000,000
What are some of the things I need to consider in deciding whether to exercise the option of buying.
In buying I will have to secure a loan from a local bank and feel like this would affect my cash flows. On the other hand leasing is money down the drain. What is your advice guys?
