The furthest members are willing to go is Naivasha but most would prefer around Nairobi [ one day event]. Our budget is lean. We anticipate the costs will revolve around:- 1. Bus Hire to from venue start Nairobi 2. Venue- preferably outdoors / Tent 3. Freshly Prepared African Food - No cold/refrigerated stuff !! 4. Drinks on consumption-[ max assorted beers 6crates+ sodas 4 crates+ wine white = 5 casks ] 5. Entertainment [ Band? guys love to shake a leg! ] 6. Gifts 5 founder members 7. 4-6 inbuilt team building activities- youngest member 23years- oldest 57years,majority 30+years 8.
