We are a chama of 60 active members. We seek to relax and enjoy our failures and successes recorded so far. The furthest members are willing to go is Naivasha but most would prefer around Nairobi [ one day event]. Our budget is lean. We anticipate the costs will revolve around:- 1. Bus Hire to from venue start Nairobi 2. Venue- preferably outdoors / Tent 3. Freshly Prepared African Food - No cold/refrigerated stuff !! 4. Drinks on consumption-[ max assorted beers 6crates+ sodas 4 crates+ wine white = 5 casks ] 5. Entertainment [ Band? guys love to shake a leg! ] 6. Gifts 5 founder members 7. 4-6 inbuilt team building activities- youngest member 23years- oldest 57years,majority 30+years 8.
