Team, I hope everyone is keeping safe.

I have been using https://onlinetrading.nse.co.ke in conjunction with live.mystocks.co.ke and I have noticed that there are some trades which happen and it appears they are behind the system and recently i spotted a traded which looked like muted on Equity counter.

Then yesterday i placed buy order ya KQ @0.89 for 23-24/04.
Today morning, trades were upto 0.88 on the KQ and when i checked my account on https://onlinetrading.nse.co.ke the order was still in the system not traded. It kept me thinking.....I dont know.

Has any member noticed the same?

Some brokerages are experiencing frequent outages/glitches on their platforms. NCBA had issues yesterday and today, for the better parts of the trading sessions.

I feel you though; such malfunctions cost traders opportunities (brokerages miss out on fees too, but I wonder whether they care about this because if they did they'd ensure the systems are in tip-top mode all the time).

Team if we dont speak about the challenges we are going through in this systems then who will? Nse and other brokers will tell us its system failues. Ok. But whats is system inefficieny? We must rise up and have proper things benefitting us. The time is now. Together tuko strong. Let them know the program has flaws and they must fix it. No excuses.

Is this a red alert? I thought somebody was transferring investors shares without their knowledge.
