Infact the clever students of corruption have passed their exams on how the state does business.

They do not blink as the teaching goes in state campuses.

They have followed what their lecturers have taught them and even done their 75% extra.

THAT IS HOW THE TENDERS ARE WON

YOU CALL THE BIG PERSON GIVE HIM/HER THE CONTRACT IN RETURN FOR MONEY, then FLOAT the TENDER KNOWING IT IS ALREADY ISSUED AND CLOSED.

THOSE NOW CONNED BY PAYING LARGE SUMS ARE THE ENEMIES OF KENYA

You have heard me say elsewhere that Kenya need do away with Corruptible Asian Investors. They Rob us not invest in Kenya.
