Wapi wakina hardwood and Miss Double A? These are some of the only other Kenya-based insomniacs I see lurking round hapa Wazoo at some very early odd hours. And fellow insomniac hardwood had the nerve to chasten me for a post on the Monica thread made at an ungodly hour.
Bure ghabisa!
I have always been an insomniac, thanks to working all sorts of crazy jobs at odd hours of the day or night in my younger years. Those who know what
graveyard shift is wanajijua tu and can relate. After a few years of doing that ka-shift, your body gets used to it and going back to normal sleep patterns is very difficult.
Early to bed, early to rise! Makes a man (or woman) healthy, wealthy and wise!
