Is it possible, that justice in Kenya, or even the urgency for it is proportional to media influence plus public outrage?

If it is, then what happens to this case?

I think public participation in these matters may be focused on wrong priorities. For example, should public outrage be about policing and prosecution? Or should it be about finding out about ourselves and transforming cultural values?

Or is the difference in this case caused by our ignorance of who the suspected culprits are?
