Dyer And Blair Trading Platform : Market Closed!

Hi Wazuans,

I've experienced recurrent issues with the Dyer and Blair trading platform where one is unable to execute any trades as the market status is 'Closed' when the markets are already Open.

When you contact them , they say its an IT issue that they are working on and goes on for an entire day.

Anyone experienced the same and recommendations on alternative brokers ?
Knowledge is power , but action gets things done ...

Been having issues as well, I was told to maintain a balance of 1200/- in my account, ridiculous!

That's an annual account management fee deducted on 1 January I think. Without it, you can not use the online trading facility I'm told.

Kshs 1200/- in Dyer and Blair was refunded. I don't know why they charge and later on refund.
