Faulu FD at 12%

How safe is it to FD some significant amount with them? I have squeezed them to get this rate but I have this funny imperial feeling. Anyone dealt with them?
For investors as a whole, returns decrease as motion increases ~ WB

They are part of Old Mutual Holdings.
No worries;when they have problems baba (Old Mutual) will bail them out

I have dealt with them several times and so far no problem.Last year,they give me 7%.Is it now 12% or is it a past?

Go sleep soundly... this is as safe as it can be... I've had FDs with them for the last 4 years.

Is there such a thing as a FD where you fix the cash for 12 months but get paid interest say quarterly?
