Is the EPS after the preferred dividend has been paid? Is the EPS as shown "diluted" [even if it says it is, is it?]

Annual report Note 10: Basic and diluted earnings per share are calculated by dividing the profit after tax attributable to shareholders by the weighted average number of ordinary and redeemable preference shares in issue during the year.

Note 21 shows the share capital. What else are wanjiku investors supposed to use to show the diluted EPS?

Just checking. If they have used all Common + Preferred Shares to calculate the EPS then it gives a fair(er) EPS.
