The Board recommends a final dividend of Kshs.10 per share funded from reserves, subject to approval, the dividend will accrue to members on the register at the close of business on 22nd August 2017. Therefore, the register will remain closed from 23rd to 25th August 2017, both days inclusive. Pesa Nane plans to be shilingi when he grows up.
