This company suffers from lack of ideas. With all the opportunities in Transport sector including leasing vehicles to the government, partnering with Uber and kind in taxi business, parcels delivery, delivering sand...

Iko shida.

Express used to be a legit firm but is not a non-investable firm for me. It's sad that so many (previously) good firms have been destroyed.
Dunlop before the Matu family took it over.
Express
Marshalls
KQ
Mumias
Uchumi
NBK
EAPCC
And others...

ARM included.
The list of bandia firms is increasing.I don't think the problem is the economy but poor management and lack of strategy

Theft, poor management, poor strategy, etc ... There may have been some shocks from the economic downturn/s BUT well-managed firms recover from temporary setbacks. These bandia firms are almost dead but for support from GoK [KQ, NBK, Mumias] or just selling off assets [Olympia].
On ARM, PP made the same mistake as he did in the 90s by taking on too much debt BUT I think ARM will come out of the current funk once the post-election economy picks up. He shouldn't be allowed to rack up more debt!

Its only a shareholder who does not make any money here. Many others are indeed "eating" well:

Other operating expenses-kshs 39,182,934( suppliers and contractors)

TOTAL- kshs 81,671,389

1.Others-kshs 81,671,389
2.Shareholder- Kshs 0
