Has anyone been exploring the Tanzania telecom IPOs? Unfortunately they are closed to foreigners, including EAC citizens!

There are plenty of legal ways to get around the restriction.
It is doubtful that domestic Tanzanian capital markets have the depth to take up the IPOs to the extent imagined by the government.
