used the 100mb per day free, seemed good, what I did not like was the issue of topping up, they do not have a mobile money option, which I found weird, one has to go to some physical shops to buy the credit.

How is the network coverage and speed? Network coverage is still limited, but from where I was accessing, the speed was decent and the connection remained stable for the duration the free 100mb per day offer lasted. the biggest obstacle to all this internet providers is coverage, they all seem to be focusing on a few neighborhoods in nairobi, and they are all competing for the same clients

this product is for the mobile subscribers so i would expect it to be very prevalent in areas that may people gather like restaurants, busstops, stadiums etc etc.launching it in estates make no sense especially in high end estates that already have home internet connection

See how all JTL, Zuku, Liquid, say they have free Wi-Fi hotspots in Nairobi and Mombasa which you can't find, that's how it is at the moment, I really don't think it will take off, they are placing the hotspots in cafés, salos gyms etc, mind you most of these already have free wifi, also the safaricom vuma? Or something for matatus failed to take off. For mobile Internet I think Airtel and Orange will continue to appeal to many middle and low income Kenyans FOR NOW. To Each His Own
