Selling land with gravelia trees

Dear Wazuans.
I have a two acre farm planted with gravelia trees. Currently i have around 500 trees on tge land. The trees are around 5 years old. I want to sell the land. I know the current value of the land. My key questions are,
1. How much should I sell one tree at?
2. What factors should I consider to arrive at that price?

1. How near is the farm to a market for the timber. How easy is access to the farm?
2. What is the diameter of the trees, ie, how much timber will each tree produce? Trees grow at different rates depending on the richness of the soil, rainfall etc.
3. What can the proposed buyer do with the land after harvesting the trees?
4. Why don't you harvest the timber yourself and also keep the land for the next project? They aren't making land any more you know.
5. Etc, etc!

I need the cash to utilise in other things. The trees are not yet ready for harvesting. The buyer doesn't want to cut the trees but keep them to sell in future when they mature. The land is in make nice near wrote and the place is accessible
