That was true though it had nothing to do with his leadership. Mathira and kieni constituencies command about 50% of registered voters. Majority of kieni residents are from mathira.

There is a young guy (about 40) from mathira who is also running. The governor seat is his to loose now.

The real tragedy is not Gachagua's death but him dying in a foreign land. The experienc of death in a foreign land is difficult for the dying and the family. All this has been on tax payers account while peasant in Karatina have no healthcare access to a doctor. Worse still, we will line up the streets from the airport to receive the body.
Our leaders have failed us as we cheer on. This healthcare should be provided in our country. The rest of us will be meeting in Athusi and Magomano to raise funds for our brothers and sisters stuck in a private hospital or going to India..

Reminds me of a pastor who asked the congregation;
Pastor: How many want to go to heaven? Everyone raised their hands.
Pastor: How many would like to go right now? All hands retracted.

BBI will solve it

May he RIP.

So who takes over the Position?
The man who marries a beautiful woman, and the farmer who grows corn by the roadside have the same problem
